Under the authority of the Loan and Guarantee Act, 1957, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to sign the Guarantee on behalf of the Newfoundland and Labrador Immigrant Investor Fund Limited to enable the participation of the province in the Immigrant Investor Fund, along the lines of the draft Guarantee attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
