Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dennis Hogan as Assistant Deputy Minister - Innovation, Research and Advanced Technologies in the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, effective February 28, 2005, with salary set at Step 23 of the 1404 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
