Under the authority ofsections 3, 4 and 7 of the Housing Corporation Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Len Simms as Member, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, effective April 1, 2005, under the terms and conditions of the contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
