Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Carol Anne Haley, as Minister for the Status of Women, with effect from a current date.
