Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $131,746 against its budgetary appropriations for 2020-21 through 2023-24, $57,394 against its budgetary appropriations for 2024-25, excluding HST, to facilitate the award of a contract for leased office space in Mount Pearl to Redwood Management Ltd. for a term of 60 months.
