Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Andrew K. Parsons, Q.C. as the Minister of Justice and Public Safety, and Attorney General, with effect from October 28, 2019.
