Under the authority of sections 3 and 4 of the Housing Corporation Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mary Marshall as Member, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, on an acting basis, effective January 6, 2005, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
