Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding up to the amount of $5,437,215 against its 2015-16 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Mike Kelly and Sons Ltd. to continue widening Phase III of the Trans Labrador Highway between kilometre 80 and kilometre 160.
