Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the lease of 4,971 square feet of office space in the Gander International Airport from the Gander International Airport Authority, for the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment District Office, for a two year term at a rental rate of $15.75 per square foot.
