Lands Act
Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 260 square meters of Crown land situated at Glovertown in the Electoral District of Terra Nova to Redmond Gordon, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
