Lands Act
Under the authority of 7(2)(c) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a grant for an area not exceeding 0.34 hectares of Crown land situated at Sunnyside, Trinity Bay in the Electoral District of Bellevue to the Town of Sunnyside, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
