Under the authority of section 54 of the Constitution Act, 1867, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor cause one message to be delivered to the Honourable the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board recommending Supplementary Supply 2004-2005 in the amount of $117.1 million ( $43.5 million for the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation and $73.6 million for the Department of Education to which MC2005-0116 refers).
