Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, to sign the English and French versions of the Labrador Inuit Tax Treatment Agreement, in substantially the same form as the agreements on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
