Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding in the amount of $2,034,100 against its 2005-2006 appropriations to facilitate the award of tender for the annual refit of the "MV Sir Robert Bond."
