Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Ms. Carol Ruby as Assistant Deputy Minister (Youth Services) in the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment pursuant to section 6.2 of the Executive Pay Plan Policies and Procedures, effective March 31, 2005, with Ms. Ruby to receive termination benefits in accordance with the Executive Pay Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with the following exception: severance benefits (if any) are not to be deducted from other termination benefits.
