Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to amend the appointment of John Hickey such that effective March 11, 2005, he is the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs.
