Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Charlene Johnson, in an acting capacity, as the Minister of Health and Community Services and Minister Responsible for Aging and Seniors, in addition to her current responsibilities as the Minister of Finance, President of Treasury Board, Minister Responsible for the Human Resource Secretariat, Minister Responsible for the Public Service Commission, and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, with effect from July 3, 2014.
