Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 2,934 square feet of office space and 3,000 square feet of storage space at 39 Hallett Crescent, St. John=s, from Fairview Investments Limited for the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, for a one year term commencing April 1, 2005 and terminating March 31, 2006, at an increased rental cost of $74,554.00 plus applicable HST.
