Under the authority of section 53(1) of the Lands Act, section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act and the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation, the Minister Responsible for Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, to sign two Land Transfer Agreements with the Government of Canada and the Miawpukek First Nation, for the fair market value of the land ($990,000), for the purpose of expanding the Conne River Reserve, substantially in the form on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
