Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $1,924,763.39 annually against its 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08 budgetary appropriations under Building Utilities and Maintenance respectively to facilitate the awarding of various service contracts as listed in the correspondence dated March 24, 2005 from the Assistant Deputy Minister of Transportation and Works to the Director of Budgeting, Treasury Board Secretariat, attached to the Treasury Board Minute on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
