Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective March 31, 2005, with three branches as follows: 

i) Corporate Services;

ii) Programs; and

iii) Labour Market Development and Client Services.
