Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Wayne Penney as Assistant Deputy Minister - Labour Market Development and Client Services in the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective March 31, 2005, with a position description to be forwarded from the Department to Treasury Board and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with Mr. Penney not to receive less than his current salary.
