Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Sandy Collins, in an acting capacity, as the Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement, in addition to his current responsibilities as the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, with effect from July 3, 2014.
