Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide for the issuance of a Proclamation to summon the Members of the Forty-Ninth General Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador to meet for the dispatch of business on Monday, November 4, 2019, at 1:30 p.m., and to signify that they should proceed to choose some person to be their Speaker and to present such person for the Lieutenant-Governor’s approbation.
