Under the authority of section 7 of “An Act to Amend the Mineral Act,” SNL2004, c. 17, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring sections 2 and 6 of the Act into force on February 28, 2005.
