Under the authority of section 7 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby refuses EDGE designation to:

i)  Atlantic Ocean Dinner Cruises Ltd., Conception Bay South; and

ii)  NeWind Group Inc., St. John’s.
