Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, following the prorogation of the First Session of the Forty-Fifth General Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador on Tuesday, March 15, 2005, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor is hereby moved to issue a proclamation for the Forty-Fifth General Assembly to meet in its Second Session for the dispatch of business on Tuesday, March 15, 2005.
