Under the authority of sections 61 and 68 of the Liquor Control Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the Liquor Limitation Order (Amendment), substantially along the lines of the draft on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, without further reference to Cabinet, subject to final review by the Clerk of the Executive Council.
