Under the authority ofsection 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Tom Marshall to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Justice and Attorney General and Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, with effect from March 11, 2005.
