Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to make a contractual amendment to the agreement with AMEC Earth and Environmental, a division of AMEC Americas Limited, to provide six additional roundtables for “Newfoundland and Labrador’s Blueprint for Sustainable Economic Growth Through Innovation”, which amendment will increase the number of roundtables from five to eleven.
