Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Minister of Transportation and Works is authorized to close a small road reservation on Salmonier Line and to sell the surplus land to The Stuffed Puffin Inc., on terms and conditions substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
