Under the authority of subsection 46.3(9) of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize amendments to subsection 10(2) of the Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit Regulations, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
