Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the Minister of Government Services to pre-commit funds of $844,117 in 2005-06 and $2,025,883 in 2006-07 to enhance the Companies and Deeds Online system to be offset by an increased service charge for the registration of deeds and the introduction of a new Internet searching fee.
