Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $542,755 in fiscal years 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08 respecting the Southeast Bight/Petite Forte Ferry Service.
