Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to order that the duties and responsibilities of the Minister of Health and Community Services may be discharged on an acting basis to Hon. Tom Marshall, who is authorized to serve as an alternate to the Minister of Health and Community Services effective March 30, 2005.
