Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown lands grant comprising of an area of 50m² situated in the Town of Red Harbour to Mr. Wallace Rowe for the purpose of an existing residence, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
