Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey a parcel of land measuring 1.257 hectares located on Topsail Road, Paradise, as outlined and described in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Kennell Holdings Ltd. for the consideration and subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
