Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation and Gemini Limited, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of storage space occupied by Special Celebrations, Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation in the Gemini  Building, St. John’s, NL on either a month to month basis or a fixed term up to June 30, 2006 under the same terms and conditions, either at the existing rental rate of $800.00 per month pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, with any rate increase being sourced within existing departmental budgetary allocations.
