Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Rooms Corporation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 3,000 square feet of storage space for the Rooms Corporation, with 10048 Newfoundland Limited, C & N Properties Inc., at 21 Mews Place, St. John’s, NL on either a month to month basis or a fixed term up to June 30, 2006 under the same terms and conditions, either at the existing rental rate of $9.45 a square foot pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, with any rate increase being sourced within existing departmental budgetary allocations.
