Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Colin E. Tibbo as Executive Director – Infrastructure Services in the Office of the Chief Information Officer in Executive Council, effective June 3, 2005, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
