Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, effective April 1, 2005, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased:  

 i)  to transfer responsibility for all information technology functions from all government departments to the Office of the Chief Information Officer in Executive Council; and

ii)  to transfer the Office of the Chief Information Officer from the Department of Business to Executive Council.
