Under the Authority of section 3 of the Queen’s Counsel Act, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice after consultation with the Legal Appointments Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint, by letters patent under the Great Seal, the following members of the Bar of the Province to be provincial officers under the style of “Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law”:

i) John M. Babb;

ii) Thomas J. Burke;

iii) Gregory William Dickie;

iv) Brian Francis Furey;

v) Bruce Cambridge Grant;

vi) Jerome Patrick Kennedy;

vii) David D. McKay;

viii) Randolph James Piercey;

ix) Anne Marie Rose; and

x) John Cochrane Sweetland
