Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to remit any unpaid tax payable under the Retail Sales Tax Act respecting an all-terrain vehicle registered with the Registrar of Motor Vehicles within the twelve month period effective May 19, 2005, irrespective of date of purchase.
