Under the authority of section 34 of the Memorial University Pensions Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to approve the Reciprocal Agreement between Memorial University of Newfoundland and the Government of Canada entitled “Memorandum of Agreement (Transfer of Pension Funds and Related Service)” on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
