Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $53,200, $53,700, $54,200, $54,800 and $55,300 against its 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11 budgetary appropriations respectively to facilitate the awarding of a contract for the lease/purchase and maintenance of a High Speed Production In-Line Inserting Machine for the Mail Room in the Confederation Building, East Block.
