Under the authority of The Loan and Guarantee Act, 1957, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to continue loan guarantee support on behalf of the Fogo Island Co-operative Society Limited, at the existing level of $2 million, with the guarantee to be subject to such terms and conditions as are acceptable to the Departments of Finance and Justice.
