Under the authority of section 5.1 of the Electrical Power Control Act, 1994, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities to adopt a policy that, in the event of a complaint under section 57 and/or section 84(1) of the Public Utilities Act requesting changes which are supported by all affected customers and Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro regarding the Rate Stabilization Plan, and if, upon such inquiry as the Board considers necessary or expedient, the Board is satisfied that no other customers are negatively affected, the Board shall order the changes requested.
