Under the authority of section 3 of the National Parks Lands Act, section 55 of the Expropriation Act and section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer administration and control of the expropriated parcels of land to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada forever for the proposed Torngat Mountains National Park Reserve under terms and conditions acceptable to the Minister of Transportation and Works and the Minister of Environment and Conservation, including a suitable reversionary clause.
