Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby abolishes the position of Assistant Deputy Minister (Special Projects – Biofuels Strategy) in the Department of Natural Resources, effective June 1, 2013.
