Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Fisheries Division, and Gary Dobbin Limited, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 1,620 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Fisheries Division, in the Dobbin Building, Port Saunders, NL, on either a month to month or a fixed term basis up to August 31, 2006, under the existing terms and conditions, either at the existing rental rate of $9.63 per square foot pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, with any rate increase being sourced within existing departmental budgetary allocations.
